Neale has lived locally all his life. He is proud to say he is Marlow’s oldest and probably most experienced estate agent. He still lives in the town and is well known in local circles. Other than work his interests are Cricket (he still plays being known as the left handed bowler who keeps the ball on the spot!) motorcycling and birdwatching. He sold his agency practice nine years ago and found he missed the buzz of estate agency so he decided to offer his services to Simon Bonner, who is glad to have him on board with the Marlow team. He can tell lots of stories about how estate agency has changed over the years and is always on hand to help clients with advice using the experience he has gained over the years.

Steve is a newbie into the real estate business and works in our Marlow office on the weekends. He has spent most of his professional career in marketing both here and back in South Africa. Steve and his family moved to Marlow almost 10 years ago after a 5 year stint in Dublin. Marlow was one of the first towns he visited when seeking new opportunities in this part of the world. He maintains they were very fortunate to settle here and have not looked back since. He takes full advantage of the beautiful walks along the River Thames. He has a teenage son who is passionate about rugby and therefore spends a lot of time supporting his efforts. His older son has flocked to the warmer climate of Florida and they spend most of their holiday’s state side.

Cate is French-South African but her heart belongs to England where she has now been living for 8 years. She dreamt of living in England after watching countless episodes of Midsomer Murders and reading all of Jane Austen's novels whilst growing up in Brittany. Her wish came true in 2008 after she moved from Paris to London. She left the city behind 5 years ago as the countryside was calling, fell in love with the Chilterns and now lives in the picturesque village of Fingest. She left a career in banking behind to pursue a passion for property and renovation and has been working in estate agency in Marlow ever since.

Will is new to the world of lettings. However with a proven track record in the construction warranty industry, and growing up in the scenic village of Lacey Green in the heart of the Chilterns, he already has a good understanding of the local property market. A keen 9 handicap golfer and cricketer, his claim to fame is once telling England Cricket legend, Mark Butcher, that he was “half decent”. In his spare time you’ll find him on the golf course or watching his beloved Liverpool FC win even more silverware.
